SHERMAN OAKS, CA-based publicity firm MSO has opened a MUSIC CITY division that will be run by NASHVILLE Representative and Consultant LYNDIE WENNER. DOLLY PARTON and the STAGECOACH MUSIC FESTIVAL are among the firm's clients that have Country ties.
