Veteran CBS Country KBEQ (Q104)/KANSAS CITY PD MIKE KENNEDY has been promoted to the newly-created post of KANSAS CITY Dir./Programming. He'll provide programming oversite to Top 40 KMXV (MIX 93.3) & AC KRSC (STAR 102) PD CHRIS TAYLOR, and Country KFKF PD DALE CARTER.
