  XM SATELLITE RADIO "60/20 SPORTS" co-host LUKE RUSSERT is following in his late father's footsteps by joining NBC NEWS to serve as correspondent-at-large for the network, covering youth issues and politics.
  The younger RUSSERT, who has hosted the weekly sports show with Democratic pundit and campaign advisor JAMES CARVILLE for the last two years, will start with NBC at the Democratic National Convention in AUGUST.
