KMXP Promotes AJ To APD - Chris Marino To MD

CLEAR CHANNEL Hot AC KMXP (MIX 96.9)/PHOENIX PD RON PRICE promotes MD talent AJ to APD. AJ will continue to voice-track from 2-5:30a and help out with the CHRIS PARKER & ANY VAN DYKEN MORNING SHOW.

In addition, night talent CHRIS MARINO adds MD stripes.

MIX 96.9 PD RON PRICE commented on the promotions, "AJ has worked very hard to obtain. He's basically been covering the duties for a long time so this recognition for his hard work is a bit delayed...

I am also happy to announce that CHRIS MARINO is taking on the title and responsibilities of MIX 96.9 MD. He'll take over for AJ which will allow AJ to focus on other areas of programming and on-air.

These modifications to the structure of the programming department come at an incredible time for KMXP and are meant to help us continue to improve our performance on-air and on-line."
