The estate of the late DAVE KURTZ is selling his share of AC WBEB (B101)/PHILADELPHIA to partner JERRY LEE for $85,158,226 ($63 million cash and $22,158,226. in a promissory note). KURTZ, longtime partner with LEE in the ownership of the station (formerly WDVR, then WEAZ), died THANKSGIVING night.
