FCC Commissioner ROBERT MCDOWELL has named Media Bureau Deputy Chief ROSEMARY HAROLD as his Legal Advisor for media issues. HAROLD, who joined the FCC in DECEMBER 2005, replaces the departing CRISTINA CHOU PAUZE.
"I look forward to working with ROSEMARY as we thoughtfully address the many important media issues now pending at the Commission," said MCDOWELL. "ROSEMARY brings a wealth of experience from her days in the Media Bureau and in private practice. I am pleased that she has agreed to join my team."
On PAUZE's departure, MCDOWELL said, "CRISTINA has been a valuable member of my team since I became a Commissioner in 2006. I have greatly appreciated her substantive expertise, wise counsel and diplomatic demeanor. She will be sorely missed."
