Arbitron Ups Claire Kummer To EVP/Chief Quality Officer

ARBITRON has promoted CLAIRE KUMMER from EVP/Operations to the newly created position of EVP/Chief Quality Officer. She will be responsible for ARBITRON’s product quality standards, policies and guidelines, as well as for the company’s internal quality control processes. As such, she will play an integral role in the commercialization of the PPM service.
