TUNED IN BROADCASTING AAA WRLT (LIGHTNING 100)/NASHVILLE has moved specialty shows "THE HOUSE OF BLUES RADIO HOUR," "E-TOWN," and "THE WOODSONGS OLD TIME RADIO HOUR" to 7p on MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, AND WEDNESDAYS, respectively.
WRLT PD DAVID HALL notes, "By moving them from late-night to prime time, more people will now be able to hear our best specialty shows. Our listeners picked those shows as their favorites in a recent on-line listener survey poll."
In addition, WRLT will be debuting "THE LIGHTNING 100 NEW MUSIC STORM," "MUSIC BUSINESS RADIO," and "LOCAL LIGHTNING REWIND" in the coming weeks.
Also, TOM CALHOUN replaces longtime station voice SUE WILKINSON (aka THE BRITISH CHICK), who passed away last year after a long battle with cancer. LIGHTNING 100 had been playing her archived material for the past few months.
