Emerson Drive Joins Valory Music Co.

Reunited (with Scott Borchetta) and it feels so good

THE VALORY MUSIC CO./NASHVILLE has announced that they have entered into an agreement with MIDAS RECORDS to handle all label services for Country group EMERSON DRIVE. VALORY Pres./CEO SCOTT BORCHETTA said, “EMERSON DRIVE is one of the hardest working bands anywhere in the world and their success over the last year, including their GRAMMY nomination and their first #1 single, is going to help propel them to the next level at Country radio and with the fans. I'm thrilled that we will be able to help get them there with the VALORY team.” 

The move reunites the CANADIAN crooners with BORCHETTA.  The group's first label home was DREAMWORKS/NASHVILLE, where BORCHETTA served as SVP/Promotion.  

EMERSON DRIVE's first single on their new label will ship to radio in mid-NOVEMBER with a new studio album following in early 2009.
