FCC Probes M.R.S. Cleveland Cluster

The FCC ENFORCEMENT BUREAU is investigation potential violations against M.R.S. VENTURES stations WDSK-A. WDTL, WRKG AND WZYQ, alleging a failure to provide access to its stations' public files; failure to maintain documents in its files and transferal of control of the stations to ANDY HODGES without authorization.

The Complainant of these violations is LARRY FUSS. The Licensee has 30 days to submit any missing documents and provide information to rebut the charges.
