JSA BROADCASTING's new talk station KYNO-A/FRESNO has inked FRESNO mayor and former actor ALAN AUTRY for 10a-noon, starting SEPTEMBER 29th, reports crosstown CBS affiliate KGPE-TV (CBS 47).
AUTRY, the mayor of FRESNO since 2000, played quarterback in the NFL for the GREEN BAY PACKERS (as CARLOS BROWN) in 1975-76 and the CFL for the B.C. LIONS in 1979. Before becoming Mayor, AUTRY was best known as an actor, playing BUBBA SKINNER on TV's "IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT."
