Allen, Rigsby Named To Virgin Media Board

U.K. radio group GLOBAL RADIO non-executive Chairman and former ITV CEO CHARLES ALLEN has been named to the board of directors of VIRGIN MEDIA INC. ALLEN earlier this week also joined the board of reality TV producer ENDEMOL.

JOHN RIGSBY, the former president of FLORIDA cable television company and TIME WARNER CABLE spinoff BRIGHT HOUSE NETWORKS, has also been named to the VIRGIN MEDIA board. ALLEN and RIGSBY are serving as non-executive members of the VIRGIN MEDIA board.
