RADIO ONE Urban AC WWIN(MAGIC95.9)/BALTIMORE PD/middayer TIM WATTS has resigned. WATTS is a 20-plus-year veteran of the BALTIMORE market. He will continue with his midday shift.
On an interim basis, KATHY BROWN, OM of sister station, Urban AC WMMJ(MAJIC102.3) WASHINGTON, will oversee WWIN programming until a new PD is named
