NPR Non-com WQHR/WILMINGTON, DE PD/on-air talent BOB WORKMON has been relieved of his duties. No successor has been publicly announced, although GM JOHN MILLIGAN told a STAR-NEWS reporter that it was "business as usual" at the station.
