COLLEGE CREEK MEDIA, LLC is selling KAYF/BAYFIELD, CO (FOUR CORNERS) to BAKERSFIELD-based L. ROGERS BRANDON and ANTHONY S. BRANDON's WINTON ROAD BROADCASTING CO., LLC for $250,000. The station has been silent since APRIL 22 under special temporary authority.
In other deals filed with the FCC, RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W275BK/DECATUR, GA to EXTREME MEDIA GROUP, LLC for $235,000. The buyer will use the translator, which has its transmitter on STONE MOUNTAIN, to rebroadcast CLARK ATLANTA UNIVERSITY's noncommercial WCLK/ATLANTA.
Talk KYMN-A/NORTHFIELD, MN is being sold by INGSTAD BROTHERS BROADCASTING to the station's PD JEFF JOHNSON's NORTHFIELD MEDIA, INC. for $290,000.
CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE FINGER LAKES, INC. is selling FM translator W286BQ/LE ROY, NY to LLOYD LANE, INCORPORATED for $5,000. LANE is also buying W280EB/ALFRED, NY from DANIEL PELTZ for $5,000.
And THE SISTER SHERRY LYNN FOUNDATION is selling K241BM and K262BW/DUNCAN, OK to RANDALL CHRISTY's SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $3,250 each.
