The price for the previously-announced deal in which RANDI MARKOWITZ’ STARCALL BROADCASTING, LLC is buying Adult Standards KVOU-A, Country KVOU-F (COYOTE COUNTRY 104.9) and Tejano KUVA (U102.3)/UVALDE, TX from RHATTIGAN BROADCASTING is $1.2 million, according to the paperwork filed with the FCC.
In other deals filed at the FCC, MARK S. MYERS is selling Talk WIMO-A/WINDER, GA to COUNTRY ROAD PRODUCTIONS for $85,000. The deal calls for $1,600 of the $2,250 monthly least payments made by the buyer to be credited towards the purchase price, and for the buyer to lease the real property under the station for $850/month.
LIVING PROOF, INC. is donating silent noncommercial FM WTMW/NORTH JUDSON, IN (northern INDIANA, north of KOKOMO and LAFAYETTE) to MOUNTAIN BIBLE FELLOWSHIP CHURCH.
And CLEAR CHANNEL has transferred FM translator W252AC/SYRACUSE-CAMILLUS, NY back from ALOHA STATION TRUST, LLC to CC LICENSES INC. The translator was scheduled to be divested as part of the divestiture of Hot AC WWDG (NOVA 105-1)/SYRACUSE, which it rebroadcast, but has switched to rebroadcast Urban WPHR (POWER 106.9) instead.
