Radio veteran TAZZ "DADDY" ANDERSON, Executive Producer of THE RICKEY SMILEY MORNING SHOW, has launched “URBANRADIOCOACH.COM” -- a site dedicated to the growth and development of talent in Urban radio. TAZZ was recently recognized as one of this year’s “Thirty Under Thirty” at the CONCLAVE LEARNING CONFERENCE.

"This is something I've been working on for years", says TAZZ. "There are a group of people looking for guidance and resources that speak directly to their unique experiences in the format, and I want to make sure that their needs are met."
