CHRIS DEVINE's COLLEGE CREEK MEDIA, LLC is selling FM construction permits in BURDETT (KKDT) and NESS CITY, KS (between HAYS and DODGE CITY in central KANSAS) to LANCE SAYLER for $10,000, to be paid to the seller's lenders.

In other deals filed with the FCC, MT. RUSHMORE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Country KERM and Country KGOS-A/TORRINGTON, WY to the stations' GM, GRANT KATH, for $600,000 cash and a $95,000 note; and WAY-FM MEDIA GROUP, INC. is selling FM translator W239BH/CULLMAN, AL to BLOUNT COUNTY BROADCASTING SERVICE, INC. for $30,000.
