BORDER MEDIA Top 40/Rhythmic KXBT (THE BEAT 104-9)/AUSTIN appears set for a flip to a Spanish-language format. Nearly the entire programming staff of KXBT has been let go, although there is no definitive word on the employment fate of KXBT PD RUDY RAMOS.
