Report: KLLI's Martin Indicted On Misdemeanor Charges

The DALLAS OBSERVER's "SPORTATORIUM" blog is reporting that an indictment was handed down THURSDAY by a grand jury against CBS Talk KLLI (LIVE 105.3)/DALLAS afternoon host RUSS MARTIN.

MARTIN faces a three-count Class A misdemeanor complaint alleging "family violence," assault, and bodily injury stemming from a JULY 18th incident involving MARTIN and his girlfriend. The charges carry penalties of up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $4,000.
