TELNS BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. is selling Country KGYN-A/GUYMON, OK to STECKLINE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $600,000 plus an LMA before closing.
In other deals filed with the FCC, the sale of noncommercial KUOP/STOCKTON by the UNIVERSITY OF THE PACIFIC to CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, SACRAMENTO (CAPITAL PUBLIC RADIO) finally gets filed with the Commission after being announced in 2007; the price for the station is $4.7 million. CPR has been operating the station under the LMA since 2000, amended in 2005.
WILLIAM H. TRAUE is selling FM translator K246AW, K299AW, and K228EP/LAKETOWN, UT to MORGAN SKINNER's LEGACY EDUCATION FOUNDATION for one dollar each.
And RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W249CC/TOCCOA, GA to TUGART PROPERTIES, LLC for $22,500.
