JIM INGSTAD BROADCASTING/FARGO, ND OM and Country KBVB PD JOHN AUSTIN tells ALL ACCESS his search for a midday host is back on. As ALL ACCESS reported last week (NET NEWS 9/22), REGENT COMMUNICATIONS Country WWJO/St. CLOUD, MN morning co-host CHRIS CHAPMAN was hired for the position, as current KBVB middayer COLIN TAYLOR plans on leaving the station early this month.
CHAPMAN has had a change in plans however -- he's still on the air at WWJO but will soon be leaving to take a job somewhere -- but not FARGO.
AUSTIN needs to fill the open slot quickly, and said: "It's a great position -- great local owner, great facilities and it pays very well. We like to find good people, pay them well and keep them in the family!"
Send airchecks and resumes to him at john@bob95fm.com.
Back at WWJO, OM/PD MIKE DYLAN is still searching for a morning co-host to replace CHAPMAN, who has agreed to stay there until a replacement is found. Send DYLAN your best stuff at mikedylan@gmail.com.
