BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN headlined a rally MONDAY afternoon for Democrat BARACK OBAMA's presidential campaign at EASTERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY. TODAY (10/2), OBAMA's campaign announced that SPRINGSTEEN would play a free acoustic set and headline the rally at OESTRIKE STADIUM. Ticket details were not immediately available.
SPRINGSTEEN also was scheduled to perform SATURDAY at a PHILADELPHIA rally and again SUNDAY at OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY.
SPRINGSTEEN and BILLY JOEL are to perform at an OBAMA campaign fundraiser in NEW YORK CITY on OCTOBER 16th.
