A reporter for CBS News WWJ-A/DETROIT has been fired for wearing a BARACK OBAMA t-shirt while covering a rally on SUNDAY. The DETROIT FREE PRESS reports that KAREN DINKINS was fired MONDAY after 13 years with the station for the alleged breach of journalistic ethics at the rally, which took place at the DETROIT PUBLIC LIBRARY.
"I was really kind of surprised this is a news story," DINKINS told the paper. "I didn’t anticipate it."
