McDowell To Head Warner/Chappell Music Legal & Biz Affairs

WARNER/CHAPPELL MUSIC has named SVP SCOTT MCDOWELL Head of Legal and Business Affairs. A music industry vet with more than 18 years of legal and business experience, MCDOWELL will oversee all of the company’s contract negotiations affecting copyrights, licenses, royalties and fees, as well as other related financial and/or business matters. He succeeds EVP/Legal and Business Affairs ED PIERSON, who pursuing new opportunities.
