BIA FINANCIAL NETWORK has purchased THE KELSEY GROUP for an undisclosed price. The deal brings the research company under the umbrella of new BIAfn subsidiary BIA ADVISORY SERVICES, with KELSEY CEO NEAL POLACHEK and co-founder JOHN KELSEY staying on board.
