CAPITOL RECORDS/NASHVILLE artist DIERKS BENTLEY helped raise over $275,000 for the MONROE CARROLL Jr. CHILDREN’s HOSPITAL at VANDERBILT yesterday (10/05), with his 3rd Annual "Miles & Music For Kids” motorcycle ride. About 1,200 bikers showed up for the event, which departed from the COOL SPRINGS HARLEY DAVIDSON dealership, just outside of NASHVILLE and rolled through WILLIAMSON COUNTY, ending at RIVERFRONT PARK in downtown NASHVILLE.
That’s where the artists set up and played a show that turned into a three-hour jam session. Some of the artists taking part included TIM McGRAW, JAMEY JOHNSON, LADY ANTEBELLUM, JAMEY JOHNSON and others.
Over 5,500 fans attended the concert.
