CLEAR CHANNEL Country WTNT/TALLAHASSEE OM/PD JEFF HORN tells ALL ACCESS he has hired COX RADIO Classic Hits WSRV/ATLANTA swing personality RACHEL LOGAN to co-host the morning show with CASH. RACHEL replaces LIBERTY HILL, who exited in SEPTEMBER.

HORN said: "We are excited to have RACHEL join our winning team. She will add great talent and enthusiasm to the show." RACHEL's first day on the air at WTNT will be OCTOBER 20th.
