  Inks Deal With Citadel
  
  After its deal with CLEAR CHANNEL's local radio stations came to an end, FREEDOM COMMUNICATIONS ABC affiliate WTVC (TV) (NEWS CHANNEL 9)/CHATTANOOGA has inked a partnership with crosstown CITADEL Talk WGOW-F (TALK RADIO 102.3) and Country WOGT (107.9 THE DUKE). WTVC will supply news and weather reports for the radio stations, with KIM CHAPMAN as afternoon and evening news anchor and weather personalities DAVID GLENN, BILL RACE, and ALLISON CHINCHAR providing forecasts.
  WTVC was supplanted as CLEAR CHANNEL's news and weather partner by SARKES TARZIAN NBC affiliate WRCB-TV last week.
