Despite what you may have read elsewhere, ALL ACCESS hears that ARBITRON's Motion For Injunctive Relief against NY Attorney General ANDREW CUOMO was not denied for cause.
So, what really happened?
The NY AG's office agreed that it would not seek a restraining order against ARBITRON.
Therefore, because ARBITRON no longer needed an order of the court to restrain the AG from blocking the release of the PPM, ARBITRON's request was denied.
