EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is swapping silent noncommercial KAIS/HOPLAND, CA (between SANTA ROSA and FORT BRAGG) and $7,500 to ONE MINISTRIES, INC. in exchange for silent noncommercial KORB/JUNEAU, AK and two construction permits for new noncommercial FMs.
In another deal filed with the FCC, GREAT COMMISSION BROADCASTING CORP. is selling the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM at KIRKSVILLE, MO to LAKE AREA EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING FOUNDATION for $25,000.
