ILLINOIS RADIO NETWORK SPRINGFIELD Bureau Chief BEN KININGHAM is retiring from the news service as of JANUARY 31. KININGHAM has served as a statehouse reporter for 31 years, taking that position when, as News Director at WTAX-A/SPRINGFIELD, IL, his station bought what would become the ILLINOIS RADIO NETWORK.
In addition, CHICAGO bureau reporter NANCY HARTY is leaving the network after giving birth to her baby.
