CLEAR CHANNEL Country KSD (THE BULL)/St. LOUIS PD BILLY GREENWOOD has named DUSTY PANHORST to the position of Executive Producer of the "CRAIG CORNETT MORNING RADIO SHOW.” He will also handle weekend on-air duties for The BULL.
