Former KIFR (106.9 FREE FM)/SAN FRANCISCO personality CHRIS DANIEL is the new afternoon host at PEAK BROADCASTING Talk KMJ-A/FRESNO, joining the permanent lineup for 5-7p beginning TODAY (10/13). DANIEL, well-known in the market for his time as co-host (with BRAD GIESE, also his KIFR partner) at KKDG and, for a 15 year run, at KRZR, has been heard filling in on KMJ.

DANIEL's arrival bumps 6-8p host INGA BARKS to 7-9p weekdays, reducing ABC's MARK LEVIN to a single hour 9-10p. DANIEL also takes over the 5p hour formerly occupied by the "FRESNO'S AFTERNOON NEWS" news block.
