ENTERCOM/INDIANAPOLIS ups BRIAN MOORE to APD for the cluster and morning show producer for Talk WXNT-A's "ABDUL IN THE MORNING." ABDUL's former producer CHRIS SPANGLE is exiting to join the INDIANA LIBERTARIAN PARTY as Exec. Director.

In addition, BOB HORNER is upped from overnight to afternoon news on WXNT, while SCOTT MANNING moves to the station's traffic department.

And congratulations to MOORE, not only on his promotion, but on his impending marriage to cluster Dir./Marketing TONI WILLIAMS. MOORE and WILLIAMS will be married next week.
