ROBERTS BROADCASTING Urban WRBJ/JACKSON, MS. has upped former PD KWASI KWA to OM. In addition to his increased duties as OM, KWASI will continue his on-air duties as a member of the midday duo called, “THE HOME TEAM.”

In making the move, GM KEITH SMITH said, “In this challenging economic environment combining these two positions will give us the best chance to compete not just in ratings, but also in profitability.”
