Who's Buying What
EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying affiliate Contemporary Christian WEZG (K-LOVE)/MORGANFIELD, KY-EVANSVILLE, IN for $1.4 million ($425,000 in cash, $975,000 in a 6% promissory note). EMF has been LMAing the station since SEPTEMBER 15th.
In other deals filed with the FCC, HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling FM translator K296FM/MISSOULA, MT to SHEILA CALLAHAN & FRIENDS, INC. dba MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING for $8,506.29; and FMX BROADCASTING is selling W299BI/ITHACA, NY to FINGERLAKES RADIO GROUP, INC. for $2,000.
