According to E! ONLINE, WARNER BROS./NASHVILLE artist JOHN RICH managed to avoid arrest after his involvement in a fist fight with JERRY MONTANO, bassist for Metal Rock group DANZIG. The incident occurred in RICH's room at the MONDRIAN HOTEL in LOS ANGELES early this morning (10/17).
Neither party pressed charges so no arrests were made.
