  Veteran radio newsman ED PYLE has announced his retirement after 47 years in the business, the last 20 at CBS RADIO News KNX-A/LOS ANGELES, where he has been serving as News Director. Before KNX, PYLE spent 13 years at now-KNX-sister News KFWB-A. Ass't. ND RONNIE BRADFORD will serve as interim News Dir. until a permanent replacement is named.
