Condolences to family and friends of "MR. BLACKWELL," the fashion designer famed for his "10 Worst-Dressed Women" list, who died SUNDAY of complications from an intestinal infection in LOS ANGELES at 86. 

BLACKWELL (born RICHARD SELZER) parlayed a magazine article about the 10 best and worst-dressed women into an annual institution. He hosted a radio show for KABC-A/LOS ANGELES in 1972-74 and later moved to KIEV-A/LOS ANGELES in 1975-81.
