It took a little longer than usual, but HAWAII PUBLIC RADIO made its goal in its FALL pledge drive, hitting a record $743,747 after stretching the drive for an extra day to SATURDAY.
PACIFIC BUSINESS NEWS reports that the 11-day drive broke the station's $741,000 goal after Pres./GM MICHAEL TITTERTON suspended the drive FRIDAY at 6p with 97% of the goal met, restarting the drive on SATURDAY morning and finishing just after 9a.
