Offering Coverage For Deaf
NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO, HARRIS CORP., and the INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR ACCESSIBLE RADIO TECHNOLOGY at TOWSON UNIVERSITY will partner to bring a live transcript of NPR's election night coverage to the deaf.
The simultaneous transcription, supplied by WGBH/BOSTON, which is also providing closed captioning for TV, will be available on NPR's and HARRIS' website.
