Clarke Joins
BAUER RADIO Top 40 KEY 103/MANCHESTER personality RICHARD CLARKE will join GLOBAL/GCAP Top 40 95.8 CAPITAL FM/LONDON for 10p-1a weeknights, beginning at the start of 2009, according to the GUARDIAN.
CLARKE, whose show has been networked across the U.K. by BAUER's BIG CITY network, will replace TONY SHEPHERD in the late-night slot at CAPITAL.
