CLEAR CHANNEL Sports WTSO-A (ESPN RADIO 1070)/MADISON ups afternoon HELLER AND MURPHY co-host OWEN MURPHY to APD. MURPHY will continue to oversee the show, web content, and other local talk programming on the station.
