  Effective this morning (1/11) CITADEL Country WCAT/HARRISBURG, PA afternoon driver DON BRAKE has moved to the morning slot. Additionally, longtime WCAT personality BRAD FLICK will join BRAKE in the morning for co-host/newsman duties. No word has been given on who will fill BRAKE's spot in afternoons as of yet. Stay tuned to ALL ACCESS for more information as it becomes available.
