DELMARVA BROADCASTING Country WXCY/WILMINGTON Traffic Reporter DREWE PHINNY has taken on morning co-host duties on a temporary basis, with current host PAULA RYAN. PHINNY is filling the spot left vacant by former co-host MIKE JOSEPH, who exited on THURSDAY (NET NEWS 10/23).
