ROI BROADCASTING Top 40 WFIZ (Z95.5)/ITHACA, NY which has been on the air since early SEPTEMBER in a music-only format, formally kicks off tomorrow (10/29) at 6a (ET) with a full-on lineup under PD TOMMY FRANK. This is the market's first Top 40 in 15 years. 

Here is the lineup:

9a-3p -- HEATHER B (voicetracked)
3-6p -- RYAN SEACREST
