ROCKY COMFORT RECORDS/NASHVILLE artist MICHAEL SCOTT has been invited to ride in and perform at the PHANTOM FENDER BIKE SAFETY RALLY AND CONCERT on NOVEMBER 7th in Ft. HOOD, TX. The event is being held in recognition of VETERAN'S DAY (11/11). 

Although the four-hour ride across central TEXAS is open to the public, special invitations have been extended to military personnel and other celebrity guests.
