Writer, Hewitt Fill-In Dean Barnett Dies At 41

Condolences to family and friends of conservative blogger DEAN BARNETT, who died after a lifelong battle with cystic fibrosis on MONDAY (10/27) at 41. The BELMONT, MA-based writer served as a fill-in host for SALEM RADIO NETWORK's HUGH HEWITT, on whose blog BARNETT frequently contributed. 

BARNETT's own SOXBLOG combined conservative politics with posts about the BOSTON RED SOX and golf. He also wrote for the WEEKLY STANDARD.
