BBR (BROKEN BOW RECORDS)/NASHVILLE and ALABAMA front-man RANDY OWEN, has hit the road to promote his new book, the memoir, “Born Country,” which hits stores on NOVEMBER 4th. That’s also the street-date of his solo album on BBR entitled, ‘One On One.”
OWEN’s first official book-signing event will be on NOVEMBER 6th in HUNTSVILLE at the local SAM’s CLUB. On NOVEMBER 13th he’ll kick into high-gear, appearing at 40-stops in 30-days. On the tour he will be covering radio visits, concerts, television appearances and in-store signings for the book and album.
Last week OWEN taped an episode of ‘CMT Cribs,’ from his 1800’s Victorian home in Ft. PAYNE, AL. He also taped a ‘700 Club’ appearance from his farm, and did interviews for GAC.
